About Encore for Education

Buchanan Street Partners will host over 800 real estate professionals at the 3rd Encore for Education charity concert. This year we’re bringing the event to Orange County and rocking out at The Observatory, a brand new concert venue located just minutes from Newport Beach.

Proceeds from Encore for Education will benefit VH1 Save The Music Foundation and The John Parker Memorial Fund at UC Irvine’s Center for Real Estate. VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating systematic change in the American public school system by restoring curricula-based music programs and by raising public awareness about the importance of music participation for our nation’s youth. The John Parker Memorial Fund is a legacy fund for the late John Parker and supports the UCI Center for Real Estate’s missions in real estate education, research and outreach. A portion of your contribution will be tax-deductible.

The event offers a perfect blend of high level real estate networking in an energized atmosphere - with all proceeds benefiting a great cause. Buchanan Street Partners launched the charity event in 2007 and raised $250,000 with a live performance by The Goo Goo Dolls and Crosby Stills & Nash. This donation revitalized music programs in 8 schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District and provided over 4,000 children with instruments.
